I use Chi Nei Tsang and Applied Chi Kung because of the positive results and feedback I have personally felt and witnessed over the years. CNT is a way of life, not just a massage technique. Using Applied Chi Kung, meditations, Chi Kung, diet, herbs and cleanses, no issue ever seems too large within the scope of Internal Organs Energy Transformation.

This is a practice that one can use in all phases of life and all situations. Life, as I see it is a process of healing. Our personal path determines the state of our well-being. In my experience, disease and discomfort are simply messages our body is sending so that we stay on our path. When we deviate from our paths, we create internal conflict bringing disease, stress and emotional blockages. By using the principles that have ruled Taoism for thousands of years, we can begin to change. The Tao is the unseen, underlying law of the universe from which all other principles and phenomena proceed. An attempt at being one with this principle is taking the path of least resistance and a step in the direction of becoming more vital and present. Ironically, the more grounded or centered we are, the more easily we can change directions and as we all know, the only constant in the universe is change.

It is my hope, that the knowledge of this practice will help all of us realize that there is nothing “wrong” with us. We will never be perfect. All we are here to accomplish is true enjoyment of life. It actually takes more energy to remain in conflict than to resolve our issues and realize our true potential. Emerson said, “Only that which we have within can we find without. If we meet no gods, it is because we harbor none.” By changing within ourselves, we immediately affect those around us. If we want peace and a harmonious existence as a species, we have to find it within first. Healing happens within.
